Nigerian goalkeeper has reportedly signed a deal with Premier League club, Watford Football Club.

Maduka Emilio Okoye is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. The 22-year-old has agreed a deal to join Watford starting from January 1st of 2022. 

Maduka completed the deal from Eredivisie side Sparta Rotterdam. The Rotterdam-based aide will reportedly receive around seven million euros for the Super Eagles of Nigeria goalkeeper. 

Although, Watford have loaned Maduka back to the Eredivisie to spend the rest of the 2021-2022 season. 

Sharing the photos of the Nigerian goalkeeper on their verified Instagram page (@watfordfcofficial), the post reads:

" ✍️ We're pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached to sign Maduka Okoye on January 1, 2022.

The Nigerian goalkeeper joins from @spartarotterdam where he will return on loan until the end of the 2021/22 campaign." 
 Watford have Nigerian players such as Troost-Ekong, Emmanuel Dennis, Isaac Success, Bamidele Bashiru in their team.
