Aubameyang "liked" Cristiano Ronaldo post on IG celebrating after he scored against Arsenal

Arsenal's captain has been slammed by several trolls after he liked a Cristiano Ronaldo post following the Gunners 3-2 defeat last night.

Mikel Arteta side suffered another away loss in front of the Old Trafford fans after Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice in the game.

Emile Smith-Rowe had given the Gunners the lead before Bruno Fernandes equalised and Ronaldo made it 2-1 minutes later.

But Manchester United lead lasted for few minutes after Martin Odegaard struck to level. Then the Norway international tripped Fred in the box and Ronaldo stepped up to dispatch the penalty.

After the game, the former Real Madrid star took to his social media space to share his appreciation for reaching 800 career goals.

Ronaldo had posted on Instagram: 'Our minds are already set on the next game, there’s no time to celebrate! Today’s win was very important to get back on track, but there’s still a long road to go until we reach our destination…

'Congrats to all my teammates, great spirit tonight! And a very special thank you to our supporters, we couldn’t have done it without you. #MUFC'

The caption simply said: 'Arsenal's CAPTAIN,' followed by three cry-laughing emojis.
