Chelsea star Ben Chilwell confirms success knee ligament surgery as He has ruled out the rest of the season

Chelsea fullback Ben Chilwell has shared an update on his injury. It's been gathered that the former Leicester City and England international underwent a succesful knee ligament surgery. 

Recall that Chilwell who happens to be an important player under manager Thomas Tuchel damaged his anterior cruciate ligament in Chelsea's 4-0 win over Juventus last month.

Ben Chilwell has been ruled out of the rest of the season as the defender has started his rehabilitation. 

Chelsea are currently sitting in second place and are eight points behind League leaders Manchester City following their 1-1 draw against Brighton Hove Albion last night.
