Ex Arsenal Star Mesut Ozil Meets His Childhood Idol, Jay Jay Okocha For The First Time

Former Arsenal star was super excited to meet his role model. Mesut Ozil is a professional footballer who plays as creative midfielder for Turkish side Fenerbahce.

The former Real Madrid star took to his verified Instagram page (@m10_official) to upload snap with former Nigerian Football legend Jay Jay Okocha. 

Ozil who described Okocha as he's childhood idol describes the former Super Eagles captain saying: "What an honour to meet one of my childhood idols: Jay Jay Okocha 🇳🇬🔟💛💙 It's been great talking to you my friend 👍🏼 #M1Ö" 

If you recall that Ozil joined Fenerbahce on a free transfer from Arsenal in 2020 after he agreed to terminate his contract with Arsenal last year.
