Former English footballer has confirmed his decision to return to his former Club, Chelsea FC.
Earlier today, John Terry took to his social media space to confirm that he will be returning to Stamford Bridge to take up consultancy role at the club's academy.
If you recall that Terry spent three years as an assistant coach at Aston Villa under Dean Smith.
The 41-year-old enjoyed an illustrious 19-year stint at Stamford Bridge, making 717 senior appearances and winning 15 major trophies including five Premier League titles, five FA Cups and the Champions League.
While confirming the good news to fans of the Blues, Terry posted a photo of himself lifting the Premier League title in front of the fans and he tweeted: "I’m delighted to announce that I’m coming home, and have taken up a consultancy role @ChelseaFC academy. As well as delivering on field coaching sessions I will be involved in coaching discussions and mentoring our academy players."
