The Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, posted the clips on his official Instagram account.
While he was sharing the video he captioned: "Keeping fit is living life."
The newly elected governor of Anambra state was dressed in black singlet, trouser and sneakers along with a face cap.
He performed some power lifting drills at the gym successful and they video has generated a lot of positive comments from his fans and followers.
