Emmanuel Dennis gave Watford the lead with a superb finish from just inside the box under five minutes.
After a long spell of pressure, they scored two goals in two minutes before half-time. First, Bowen set up Soucek for a drilled finish from 12 yards. Before, Benrahma knocked in Antonio's cut-back.
The visitors continued to dominate the second half. They made it three from the spot through Noble, after Bachmann fouled Bowen.
David Moyes side made it four in stoppage time, when the superb Bowen set up Vlasic for a tap-in.
The victory means that West Ham climb up to fifth, while Watford remain 17th.
