It's been gathered that the 33-year-old travelled to his hometown to visit his family as the world celebrated Christmas while the Ligue 1 is currently on break. 

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi decided to visit a mural of himself in his hometown Rosario. The former Barcelona star posed in front of the beautiful mural with smile on his face.
