Sergio Aguero burst into tears as he announce his retirement from football

Argentine striker has finally decided to hang his boot. The confirmation came following a press conference this Wednesday afternoon at Barcelona.

Sergio Agüero confirms he has retired due to his heart problems. The former Manchester City forward burst into tears as he will no longer be able to play the game of football.

According to reports,  has decided to end his playing career for the sake of his health.

He said: "I have taken this decision for my health. I was in the good hands of the medical staff, and they said the best thing would be to stop playing."
