UCL: Luis Suarez burst into tears after being substituted against Porto

Atletico Madrid's striker, Luis Suarez bursts into tears on the bench when substituted in the 13th minute against Porto last night. 

The Atletico Madrid striker suffered an injury in the opening stages of Atletico Madrid's Champions League clash against FC Porto on Tuesday night.

However, Luis Suarez failed to make an impact before being replaced by Cunha in the game which Diego Simeone side recorded victory at the end of 90 minutes.
