It's been a wonderful year for legendary singer Ayo Balogun otherwise called Wizkid who reportedly picked up two awards on the night.
Wizzy has been enjoying the massive success from his "Made in Lagos" deluxe album which recorded millions of streams online as well as airplay.
The first award for Wizkid was winning the Best African Music act. The Star Boy peeped his fellow Nigerian stars such as Burnaboy, Rema, Tiwa Savage, Tems, Davido, CKay, and Ayra Starr.
On the same night, Wizkid was also voted the winner for the Best International act award.
This was another tough category for Wizzy who had to battle likes of Kanye West, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Nas X, Doja Cat and others to the award.
