Chelsea star Antiono Rudiger jet off to his hometown in Sierra Leone to spend his winter break

Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger was spotted flying to his hometown while the Premier League is on break. 

It's been gathered that the league is currently on a two weeks winter break which will enable players rest and prepare for the second half of the season. 

Antiono Rudiger shared a snap of himself on a plane to Sierra Leone to launch his charity.

'Off to Sierra Leone for some days to recharge batteries for the crucial part of the season,' he wrote.'Looking forward to finally launch The Antonio Rudiger Foundation For Sierra Leone there.'

Rudiger currently plays for the German national team, although he's grandparents are from Sierra Leone.
