It's been gathered that the Dutch international will spend the next six months on loan at Goodison park.
Donny Van de Beek has been handed jersey number 30. According to him, he decided to pick the jersey number because it was available and he made his debut with boyhood club, Ajax with the same jersey number.
He said: "I saw number 30 was free and I started with this number at Ajax."
