After a tense first 45 minutes, Verratti put his side in front when his left-footed shot went in off the post. Reims had hoped to push for an equaliser in the second half, but they were 2-0 down when Ramos poked home from a corner in the 62nd minute.

Faes' own goal from a Verratti shot made it 3-0 in the 67th minute, before the Reims defender also played a part in PSG's fourth goal. Danilo Pereira's shot took a wicked deflection off Faes, leaving Rajkovic stranded in goal. The victory means that Pochettino's side are now 11 points clear at the top of the table.
