West Ham take the lead after 22 minutes, It's a great ball from the left by Benrahma, who floats a beautiful cross through a disjointed Palace defence. Antonio is waiting, and his deft touch takes the ball past Guaita and into the back of the next! 1-0 with one quarter of the game done!
Three minutes later, West Ham scored their second goal. Declan Rice carries the ball forward before feeding Lanzini, whose first touch takes Andersen and Guehi out of the equation, the second flicks the ball up, and the third smashes it beyond Guaita to make it 2-0 in the blink of an eye!
And just before half-time, it was 3-0. Lanzini scored his braced, placing the ball right into the corner, beating the fingertips of Guaita to make it 3-0 to West Ham! A commanding lead to take into the half-time break. Referee Darren England's VAR review is over, and he's in agreement that the Palace captain handled that ball inside the box!
In second half, Crystal Palace pulled two goals back but it was late in the game all thanks to Olise to scored and created an assist.
Palace have one back after substitute Olise cuts inside before whipping in a brilliant ball, and Edouard gets the vital touch to take the ball beyond Fabianski, to make it 3-1 and give the home side a lifeline
In stoppage-time, Ayew is fouled on the edge of the box by Diop, and from the same area that he set up Edouard's goal, Olise fires a free-kick straight into the far corner to make it 3-2!
