Atletico Madrid recorded a 2-0 win over Celta Vigo at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium on Saturday late kick off.
Two goal from Lodi ensured that Diego Simeone men moved into the top four as they continue to push. Although Atlético have displayed some inconsistent performance this campaign but against Celta wasn't part of it.
The home side found the break through after 35 minutes, brilliant piece of individual skill sees Rennan Lodi receive a dropping ball from Kondogbia on the left side of the box, stand Mallo up, then drill a low shot in at an improbable angle, at Dituro's near post.
Meanwhile Atleti's flying wing-back strikes again to double the advantage for Diego Simeone men, as Lodi escapes off the back of Mallo on the left side of the area and latches on to another well-measured Kondogbia pass. He then strokes the ball home into the bottom corner to make it 2-0 in favour of his team.
