"Love you son" - Diogo Jota dedicates goal against Cardiff in FA Cup to his son who turns one

Liverpool star has taken to his social media space to share his excitement after he inspired his side to victory against Cardiff. 

The Reds secured qualification into the fifth round in the FA Cup after they defeated Cardiff City 3-1 at Anfield Stadium on Sunday afternoon. 

Diogo Jota opened scoring for Jurgen Klopp's men in the second half before Takunmi Minamino and Harvey Elliott got on the scoresheet later. 

Meanwhile the former Wolverhampton forward has dedicated the goal to his sn who is a year older today. 

Jota shared snap of is one cutting his one year old birthday cake on his Twitter page. He captioned it: "Love you son."
