Jadon Sancho has taken to his social media space to apologise to the Manchester United fans following their defeat against their rival. If you recall that United were thumped 4-1 at the Etihad Stadium by Manchester City on Sunday evening. The loss left Red Devils outside the top four after Arsenal took advantage with a 3-2 win over Watford.
Sancho equalised for United with a right footed curler at the edge of the box to cancel Kevin De Bruyne opening goal. But City went ahead after the Belgian scored again.
Taking to his verified Instagram page (@sanchooo10), he captioned: "Apologies to the fans… It’s not good enough. We have to look ourselves as players and work hard to make things right. We will keep on fighting."
