Liverpool 2-0 Watford: Jota and Fabinho goals secured victory for Reds to go top ahead of Man City (Highlights) 2021-2022

Liverpool moved to the top of the table after winning their tenth Premier League game in a row against Watford at Anfield.

The Reds secured all three points in the early kick off on Saturday, Diogo Jota headed home a Joe Gomez cross before Fabinho settled home fans with a penalty kick a minute from time.

The Portugal international put the Reds in the lead after he connected to a cross from Joe Gomez who started ahead of Trent Alexander-Arnold who just recovered from hamstring. 

In the 87th-minute minutes, Fabinho made it 2-0. Following a VAR check, the referee points to the spot after seeing Juraj Kucka bring down Jota a fairly simple penalty kick is given.

Then Fabinho steps up and from 12 yards he beautifully slots home his penalty into the top corner.
