Europa Conference League: Jose Mourinho pictured crying after he qualified Roma for final

Former Chelsea boss was reduced into tears after his team qualified for the final of the Europa Conference League on Thursday night. 

Roma recorded victory against Leicester City in front of the Stadio Olmypico fans. If you recall that the first leg ended 1-1 at the King Power Stadium in England. 

Jose Mourinho cried after reaching the Europa Conference League final with Roma. The Portugese manager became the the first manager to reach the Champions League final, the Europa League final and the Europa Conference League final. 

Meanwhile Roma will face Feyenoord in the final of the competition.
