The Headies have announced the nominees for the Rookie of the year category.
It's been gathered that the 15th edition of the award is expected to go down later this year.
Rave of the moment Okikiola Habeeb who is popularly called Portable has been listed along with other new acts such as Fave, Magixx and AV.
The voting category for the rookie of the year includes artist that has had a successful year musically, with the absence of an album in the year under review.
