The opening goal came after Kane escaped his marker to head Son's corner beyond Kasper Schmeichel for his 19th goal in 18 appearances against the Foxes in the 22nd minute.
Son added the second goal after an hour when Dejan Kulusevski cut inside, entered the penalty area on the right and supplied Son, who turned a clinical low finish past Schmeichel and into the far corner of the goalkeeper's net.
The South Korean made it three when he curled a glorious strike into the far corner of the net from outside the penalty area on the right.
