Jose Mourinho clinched his fifth European title last night after victory against Feyenoord in the Europa Conference League. 

The Serie A needed a goal from Zaniolo who control a Gianluca Mancini ball and nudge it past Justin Bijlow in the 32nd minute.

Jose Mourinho became the first manager to ever lift the UEFA Europa Conference League title after beating Feyenoord 1-0 in the final in Tirana, Albania on Wednesday night.

After the final whistle in the UEFA Europa League Final between Roma and Feyenoord, Roma manager, Jose Mourinho was spotted throwing his 5 fingers in the air after winning his fifth European trophy.

The former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss was emotional as he was snapped in tears during the trophy celebration. 

Recall that Mourinho lifted UEFA Champions League twice with Porto and Inter Milan. He also guided Manchester United to win the Europa League.
