Fernandinho was presented with a special artwork ahead of his final game for Manchester City.

Manchester City will bid farewell to club captain Fernandinho at their final Premier League game of the season vs Aston Villa.

Fernando Luiz Roza, known as Fernandinho, is expected to leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of his contract. But the Brazilian could bow out in style by winning the Premier League title.
