Raheem Sterling scores brace as Manchester City records 5-0 win over Newcastle (Highlights) 2021-2022

Manchester City thrashed Newcastle United five goals to nil at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday. 

Pep Guardiola side moved back to the top of the Premier League table with the victory against the Magpies. 

City took the lead after Joao Cancelo flicked on Ilkay Gundogan's pass towards Raheem Sterling who nodded into the net from close range.

Just before half time, Spain international Aymeric Laporte made it 2-0 from close range after Martin Dubravka fumbled Gundogan's volley.

Another Spain international, Rodri, then made it 3-0 with a near post header from a corner early in the second period, before Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling added more goals late on to cap off the win.
