Inter Milan secured crucial 2-1 victory, with goals in the first half from Perisic and Martinez against Udinese.
Inzaghi’s side looked to be cruising for the first 70 minutes after goals from Ivan Perisic and Lautaro Martinez in the first half.
But Pussetto goal following a Deulofeu free-kick halved the deficit and created a nervy atmosphere in the closing stages.
Vidal managed to put the ball in the back of the net with less than a quarter-hour remaining in the match but a careless offside prevented the visitors from reclaiming a two-goal advantage.
The win keeps Inter two points back of Milan with three games to go, while the loss keeps Udinese in 12th.
