Carson Pickett made history as the first player with a limb difference to play for the USWNT in their 2-0 win vs. Colombia on Tuesday.

Carson Leighann Pickett is an American soccer player who plays as a defender for North Carolina Courage of the NWSL and the United States national team.




The left-back, who plays for the North Carolina Courage in the National Women's Soccer League, was born without a left forearm and hand.






Pickett, 28, is the oldest player to make their debut for the USWNT since McCall Zerboni, 30, in 2017
