Ex Chelsea star Antonio Rudiger pose with his PFA team of the season award

Former Chelsea star has taken to his social media space to share his excitement about being selected in the Premier League team of the season.

Antiono Rudiger was selected among the best defenders in the PFA Premier League 2021-2022 season.

The German international made the cut along with Virgil Van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool and Jao Cancelo of Manchester City in the defense.

Rudiger posed with the award as he appreciated the players who voted for him.

Although, Rudiger has joined Real Madrid on a long term deal on a free transfer. The German defender left Stamford Bridge as a free agent in the just concluded season.
