Nigerian singer turned politician has taken to his social media space to share his excitement about winning the Primaries election. 

It's been gathered that Banky Wellington whose otherwise called Banky W emerged runner for House of Representatives under Eti Osa, Lagos. 

Banky W emerged winner during the primary election under the People's Democratic Party, PDP. 

Taking to his verified Instagram page (@bankywellington), he expressed his gratitude to almighty God as he also appreciated the party and every supporter. 

The singer uploaded snapshot of result sheet with the caption which reads: "Grateful for the win, ready for the work. Thank you Lord, thank you PDP, thank you Eti-Osa & Lagos. Thank you everyone. God bless us all."
