Mesut Özil left the Emirates stadium later year after he was frozen out of the team by the manager Mikel Arteta for disciplinary issue.
The German international agreed to cancel his contract with pay package of around £300k per week to move to Turkey.

Ozil joined Fenerbahçe as a free agent after leaving the Gunners as he revealed the he had been a huge fan of the Turkish side.
Barely a year since he moved, the ex Real Madrid star was left out of the Turkish side once again along with some other players.

After months of being away from the team, he agreed tà terminate his contract and joined İstanbul Başakşehir on a one-year deal.
Ozil has been handed jersey number 10 and he has joined the team in training.
