Bayern Munich coach has questioned Barcelona's dealings so far in this transfer window.
The Blaugrana have announced the signing of four players this summer despite their financial crisis.
It's been gathered that Barcelona are currently struggling with finances at the moment with several senior players haven to take pay cut in order to reduce their financial deficit.
So far, Xavi Hernandez side have completed the signings of Frank Kessie from AC Milan and Andreas Christensen from Chelsea in free transfer.
Rafinha joined from Premier League club Leeds United for fee in region of £60m while Robert Lewandowski has signed from Bayern Munich.
Julian Nagelsmann who is the coach of Bayern reasons how the club has been able to sign players despite struggling financially.
On Barcelona's transfer signing, He said:
"They got a lot of new players, not only Robert. I don't know how to be honest. It's the only club in the world that can buy players without money. It's kind of weird and crazy."
