Yoruba actress decided to spend her sallah holiday with her husband at his family house in Lagos.
Mercy Aigbe surprised many of her fans and colleagues when she broke the good news about her marriage to movie maker and businessman Kazim Adeoti.
Following her marriage to the popular movie icon whose known as Adekaz, she has converted into Islam.
Mercy Aigbe visited the Eid prayer ground with her beau, later she uploaded the moment she met with some other senior wives in the Adeoti family.
The Yoruba movie star donned matching ankara well known as aso ebi as they posed for the camera.
Sharing the photos on her verified Instagram page (@realmercyaigbe), she captioned:
"My Sallah in Oro, DIARY!!!! 💃🍽🥂🐏Asoebi with some ‘Iyawo Iles’ meaning ‘senior wives’ .....And co ( like its called) or asoebi is a uniform outfit worn to indicate co-operation, togetherness during ceremonies or festive period .... ( y’all should clap for me oh for my definition 😄🤣)I think this originated from the yorubas, please kindly correct me if i am wrong. "
The movie star also posed with some security operatives which escorted her and husband.
