Russian based club have taken a swipe at Spanish club Barcelona following their current financial situation.
Spartak Moscow has reportedly completed the signing of 27-year-old Senegalise striker.
Keita Baldé Diao who has been handed jersey number 9, has joined the Russian side from serie A side, Cagliari.
While announcing the deal, Spartak took a dig at Barcelona who are struggling to register their players for the new season.
The tweet reads: "Registered a new signing without any problems...Jealous."
Barcelona are yet to register their latest signing Jules Koundé.
The French international joined the Blaugrana from Sevilla on a long term deal.
Koundé is yet to make his Barcelona debut in the league and he will be unable to play against Real Valladolid this weekend.
