Manchester City thrash Nottingham Forest 6-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.
The hosts dominated this game from start to finish as Forest who are newly promoted side in the Premier League were unable to match City's quality.
Erling Haaland who scored three times against Bournemouth continued from where he stopped.
The Norway international got them off to a rapid start after he converted Foden's cross early.
Haaland added a second with a tap-in, before nodding in Stones' pass to make it back-to-back hattricks.
Meanwhile Manchester City continued this relentless pressure into the second half, Cancelo's fine strike made it four, before Alvarez added two more excellent goals to complete the rout and leave the final scoreline at 6-0.
