Goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford helped Manchester United secure a spirited 2-1 victory over rivals Liverpool.
The Red Devils haven't been convincing this season under their new boss Erik Den Hag but Liverpool are yet to show their great performance.
Both teams have been struggling since the start of the new season.
Strike from Jadon Sancho in the 15 minutes put Manchester United in the lead aas they matched Liverpool for pace in the first half.
Then Marcus Rashford gave the Red Devils the deserved advantage the 52 minutes of the game.
A late Mohamed Salah goal reopened proceedings, with the fans at Old Trafford forced to watch the final minutes in some discomfort, but Erik Den Hag side held on to claim their first season three points.
