Premier League ref Mike Dean admits his mistake during Chelsea's draw against Tottenham

Chelsea were held to 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur in their London derby over the weekend.

The Blues twice took the lead in the game at the Stamford Bridge before Antonio Conte side came back in the second half.

But Harry Kane scored the second equaliser in the 90th-minute with a header.

Before Kane got the header, Romero was seen pulling Chelsea Marc Cucurella's hair in the box just moments before Tottenham's equaliser.

The VAR official Mike Dean has come out to apologize to Chelsea fan after he didn't ask the referee Anthony Taylor to review the incidence.

Many fans of the West London believe that the incidence should have been blown for a foul in favor of Chelsea.

The goal sparked heated confrontation between Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte who received red card after the final whistle was blown.
