26 years old Germany international has completed his move back to RB Leipzig after two years with the Blues. 

Timo Werner completed the switch this afternoon after successful medical. He was pictured at the RB Leipzig training ground following his transfer. 


Timo Werner was pictured wearing his sky blue jacket and white shirt as he signed the contract earlier this Tuesday August 9th. 


The 26 years old is expected to wear same jersey no 11 he wore at RB Leipzig and Chelsea. He posed with the RB Leipzig shirt as he smile at the camera. 


Meanwhile, Timo Werner struggled to live up to expectations at Stamford Bridge following his arrival for €50m from the Bundesliga side in 2020. 

The striker finished last season with 12 goals or 15 assists in all competitions under Thomas Tuchel. 


Chelsea have continued to bid their farewell to the German striker who returned to RB Leipzig on four years deal for fee in the region of  €20m. 

The West London club posted throwback moment when they lifted their UEFA Champions League trophy in Paris. 

Recall that Timo Werner provided the assist for Kai Havertz to score the only goal of the game as Chelsea beat Manchester City 1-0 in the final.
