The England 21 years old winger is currently on loan with the Bundesliga until the end of the season.
Callum Hudson Odoi is one of Chelsea's academy graduate but has been struggling to find his place in the first team.
The winger completed the move to the Bay Arena this just concluded summer transfer window.
During an Speaking an interview with the Daily Mail, Odoi revealed that his Chelsea teammate Kai Havertz convinced him of the move to Germany.
“Kai [Havertz] had only great things to say,” Hudson-Odoi explained. “I developed really well here, they pushed me on, they made me a better player, who I am today’.”
Recall that Chelsea signed Kai Havertz from Bayern Leverkusen two years ago for fee in region of £72m.
He added: “He [Havertz] was urging me to come: ‘Go and develop yourself, go and be you, be free. We know what you can do. Just go and show it consistently’.”
