Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has taken to his social media space to share his farewell message to Queen Elizabeth II.
If you recall that the English queen passed away at age 96 and she was laid to rest on Monday September 19th 2022.
Mohamed Salah posted a picture of the queen in his verified Instagram page (@mosalah) with the caption which reads:
"Today, the people of Great Britain and the world pay tribute and bid a final farewell to her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, commemorating her legacy and unwavering service. My thoughts are with the Royal Family on this historic and emotional day."
Moahmed Salah and Liverpool weren't in action this weekend in the Premier League after their game against Chelsea was postponed.
The Premier League postponed some games in the league over the weekend due to the on goings burial ceremony of queen Elizabeth II.
