Harry Maguire has apologized for his errors that led to England's draw against Germany in their UEFA Nations League game.

The Three Lions have been relegated to the group B in the UEFA Nations League after they finished bottom of the group A.

Gareth Southgate played a 3-3 draw against Germany at the Wembley stadium on Monday night.

Manchester United captain Harry Maguire has been criticized for his performance in recent games. But Gareth Southgate decided to keep faith in the defender who started the game.

Maguire was faulted for the two goals England conceded with the opening goal in the 50 minutes after Musiala nutmegged and drew a penalty that Ilkay Gundogan converted.

Kai Havertz doubled the lead for Germany before England turned it around with goals from Luke Shaw, Mason Mount and penalty from Harry Kane.

Gareth Southgate thought his side had won the game until Maguire committed another error In the 66th minute. 

Harry Maguire tried to dribble in the opposition box only to get dispossessed, which Havertz scores to make it 3-3.

Taking to his social media space, he apologized as he described his decisions as mistakes, but he vows to improve ahead of 2022 World Cup in Qatar this year. 

“Mistakes are part of the game, I apologise. Great fight back and spirit to get us back into the game by the lads. Take positives and look forward to Qatar. The tough times will make us stronger”
