Portugal star, Cristiano Ronaldo suffers bleeding nose during clash with Czech Republic goalkeeper

Cristiano Ronaldo was left in a bloodied nose during his international duty for Portugal against Czech. 
The 37-year-old Manchester United captain led Portugal to face Czech Republic in their UEFA Nations League campaign. 

From the images which has surfaced online, Ronaldo collided with Czech Republic keeper Tomas Vaclik in the game.
The Manchester United forward suffered the injury in 12 minutes after challenging for an aerial ball leaving him with a bleeding nose.

Ronaldo was left needing medical assistance but later returned onto the pitch with a plaster on his nose before he continued with the game.
