Premier League have postponed this weekend's matches as a mark of respect to Queen Elizabeth II.
The Premier League announce that all of this weekend’s matches will be postponed following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
If you recall that Queen Elizabeth II passed away at age 96 at her residence in Buckingham Palace.
The official statement from Premier League reads: "At a meeting this morning, Premier League clubs paid tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. To honour her extraordinary life and contribution to the nation, and as a mark of respect, this weekend’s Premier League match round will be postponed."
