PSG star Verratti took an elbow to the face during Kylian Mbappe goal celebration against Juventus (Photos)

Paris Saint-Germain secured 2-1 win over Juventus in their opening group game in the UEFA Champions League.

The French Champions hosted Maximiliano Allegri side at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday night.

Kylian Mbappe shined on the night, scoring twice in the first half of the game.

Meanwhile, Verratti took an elbow to the face during PSG's goal celebration. 

The Italian midfielder was mistakenly elbowed by his own team mate on the sidelines.

Juventus tried to come back into the game after Mckenzie came off the bench to score in the second half. 

But Christopher Galtier's men held their own to claim the three points at the end of 90th-minute.
