Chelsea players showed their support to their women's team head coach Emma Hayes ahead of their game against Aston Villa.

The Blues have arrived at Villa Park where they face Aston Villa on Sunday's Premier League game.

Chelsea have been on a good run under their new manager Graham Potter took charge of the West London side.

Chelsea players were seen wearing a special warm up shirts in support of Emma Hayes.

The Chelsea women's coach has been forced to step away from football to recover from the health issue.

The message at the back of warm up shirts reads: "get well soon Emma."
