Barcelona have confirmed that Eric Gracia has suffered an injury during their victory against Valencia.

Xavi Hernandez side recorded 1-0 win over Valencia at the Mestalla on Saturday evening.

Robert Lewandowski won the game for Barcelona after scoring the winner in the 90th-minute.

The 34-year-old striker connected to a pass from Raphinha to find the back of the net.

It was the Poland international 13 goals of the season and looks to be enjoying himself since he arrived from Bayern Munich this summer.

Despite the victory on the night away from home, Xavi Hernandez will have to worry about injury to Eric Garcia.

The Spanish defender was forced off during the game due to groin injury.

Following a medical examination, it's been confirmed that Garcia will be out for weeks.

"Eric Garcia has a left groin injury. Further tests pending to determine the exact extent of the injury," Barcelona said in an offical statement on Sunday October 30th 2022.
