Chelsea have appointed Monaco technical director, Laurence Stewart as new their new director of football

Chelsea have confirmed the appointment of AS Monaco technical director Laurence Stewart.

It's been gathered that Laurence Stewart has been named the director of football at Stamford Bridge as Todd Boehly continues to give the West London club a new face.

Just so you know, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has been busy revamping Chelsea's staff off the pitch.

Recall that Long-standing director Marina Granovskaia and technical advisor Petr Cech left their roles when Boehly took over in May.
