Manchester City stars were pictured swimming during their recovery session after their UEFA Champions League clash against Dortmund.

The Citizens travel to the Signal Iduna park on Tuesday night in the match day five fixture.

Pep Guardiola side recorded a goalless draw against the Bundesliga side which earned them their qualification into the round of 16.

Erling Haaland was looking fresh as he posed for the camera while swimming. The 22-year-old Norway international had been enjoying his at City scoring 22 goals with 3 assists after playing 15 games.

The former Manchester City striker scored in the first leg at the Etihad Stadium against his former club, Dortmund but failed to find the back of the net last night. 

Meanwhile, Phil Foden who just put pen to paper on a contract valid until June 2027 was snapped with smile on his face. 

The 22-year-old English footballer has scored 7 goals, 3 assists from 15 games for City in all competitions. 


Manchester City full back Joao Cancelo showcased his amazing body inks as he looked to be heading out of the water.

Manuel Akanji was pictured placing his hands in his head as he soaked his body inside the pool.

The Swiss international has been enjoying himself since he arrived at Etihad Stadium this summer from Borussia Dortmund. 

Akanji has been able to adapt to Guardiola style of football haven formed good partnership at City defense with Ruben Dias.



Kalvin Philips is one of Pep Guardiola signing this summer. The English footballer joined City from Leeds United. 

The defensive midfielder looked happy as he chatted with his team mate during the recovery session.
