Former Real Madrid legendary goalkeeper Iker Casillas took to his social media space to spark relationships with his sexuality.
Casillas had previously played for Spanish national team earned 167 for his country during his career.
The legendary Spanish goalkeeper revealed that he is gay and urged the fans to respect him.
Taking to his Twitter timeline on Sunday October 9th 2022, he tweeted:
"I hope you respect me, I'm gay'', Casillas wrote.
Iker Casillas made over 700 appearance for Real Madrid as well as winning several trophies.
Few hours later, The former Real Madrid and Spain goalkeeper posted the update insisting that his Twitter account was hacked.
'Hacked account,' Casillas posted. 'Luckily everything in order. Apologies to all my followers. And of course, more apologies to the LGBT community.'
