Kai Havertz took to his social media platform to share his opinion after Chelsea's defeat to Brighton.

The Blues suffered an humiliating 4-1 defeat to Seagulls at the Amex stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Chelsea suffered their third defeat this season in the Premier League this term with Graham Potter losing his first game since he took charge last month.

The West London side are currently in fifth position with 21 points due to the Saturday's result.

Brighton Hove Albion took the lead from Trossard goal in the 5th minutes before Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevor Chalobah scored own goals to extend the Seagulls advantage.

Kai Havertz pulled a goal back in the 48 minutes after the restart of the game.

Chelsea struggled to find response to Brighton attack in the game and Pascal Gross netted the fourth.

Taking to his Twitter timeline on Sunday October 30th 2022, he admitted the team's performance was poor.

He tweeted: "Not good enough from us yesterday. Thank you to the fans as always for your support"
