The 37-year-old scored his first goal this term as Red Devils recorded 2-1 win over Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday night.
Erik Den Hag side seems to be on a great run as they claimed another three points against the Toffees.
Alex Iwobi scored the opening goal for Everton but only lasted for 10 minutes after Antony Santos made it 1-1.
Just before half time, Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second goal to put Manchester United in the lead.
Ronaldo came off the bench to replace Anthony Martial who seems to have sustained an injury in the first half.
The 37-year-old looked relieved with his first goal of the season as he posed with his eyes closed.
Antony Santos was seen posing with the goal celebration at the corner flag.
The goal for Ronaldo marked his 700th career goal as he became the first footballer to reach the height.
